Thank you for shopping with Goober & Doofus, we really do appreciate it. We are committed to providing a hassle-free and timely delivery experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

PRODUCTION TIME
All items that are ordered from our website are produced specially for you once you place your order. We do not have inventory stored in warehouses around the world. This means less waste, less storage and less environmental impact, while still being able to ship you the items you have requested. This also means that most deliveries will take longer than you may be used to with the large e-commerce corporations. 

SHIPPING METHODS
We use a variety of shipping methods, including USPS, UPS, FedEx and others, to deliver orders to our customers. The shipping method used will depend on the size, weight and destination of the package. We can only ship orders to a single address. We can not ship portions of your order to one address and other portions of your order to another address. If you would like us to ship items to multiple addresses please place separate orders for each address.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
The estimated delivery time for an order varies by product and the destination of the package. Estimated delivery times may also vary depending on the availability of the product, weather conditions and other factors outside our control. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. A rough estimation is anywhere from 4-10 days for delivery to your address but that is not a guarantee.

SHIPPING FEES AND CHARGES
Shipping fees and charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. The shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed. We are currently offering free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

ORDER TRACKING
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Customers can track their package using the tracking number via the carrier's website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States of America. We continue to evaluate international shipping options and if you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us using the form on our website to let us know.
