Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final, except in certain circumstances as outlined below. Please ensure you are fully aware of our refund and exchange policy prior to placing an order.
Q. Do you accept returns for refund or exchange?
A. Not at this time. All items are created on demand specifically for your order and as such we can not offer returns. We do aim to provide customers with as precise information as we can, so please be sure to reference size charts, shirt material, and other information prior to placing an order.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Not at this time. As soon as you place your order, our production and fulfillment partner gets to work on creating your items specially for you. Please ensure you wish to purchase the items prior to placing an order.
Q. What if I receive the wrong item or my item is defective or arrives damaged?
A. If you receive the wrong item, or your item is defective or arrives damaged, then please accept our sincerest apologies. That is not the level of quality, service, or professionalism we expect from our production and fulfillment partners.
However, if such an incident arises, you must contact us by emailing shop@gooberanddoofus.com within 15 days of delivery, including your order number, description of the issue, and a photo of the item that shows the defect and/or damage. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in us being unable to assist you.
Q. What if my order says it's shipped but I haven't received it yet?
A. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately at shop@gooberanddoofus.com so we can assist you. If you contact us beyond 30 days after the expected delivery date, we aren't able to submit a claim/enquiry with our fulfillment partner and will not be able to rectify the problem.
Q. What if I supplied an incorrect shipping address?
A. If your order is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the order to the address you provide. We will contact you for payment details. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, the product will be donated to charity.
Q. What if you are unable to fulfill my order?
A. If we are unable to produce or fulfill your order or must cancel your order for any reason, such as the product is out of stock at our supplier, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment used on the order. Please note that depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 15 business days to post to your account.
